Bird-mounted cameras reveal secrets of falcons

HAVERFORD COLLEGE, Pa. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Bird-mounted cameras have unlocked secrets of how falcons hunt their prey.

Footage taken from cameras on the birds' backs and heads has just emerged after being used in a scientific study at Haverford College in Pennsylvania.

The videos revealed to scientists that the birds use a kind of motion camouflaging--zigzagging in flight when pursuing prey.
