Air marshal accused of taking photos up women's dresses
(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Caught using a cell phone to take pictures up women's dresses at the airport, now a federal air marshal is facing criminal charges.
Police say federal Air Marshal Adam Bartsch was on duty when he got caught pointing a camera up women's skirts and taking photos as they walked down the aisle of an airplane.
Another passenger on that Southwest Airlines flight says he noticed something strange when he sat down.
"His left hand was holding his phone, and it was in the aisle," said one witness. "In my mind, I said, 'I know he's not taking pictures of the girls as they goin' by.' Next thing I know, a lady walked by, the phone went to the aisle and he -- click click click click."
He says he confronted the 28-year-old and then told a flight attendant what was happening.
Police say Bartsch has admitted to taking about a dozen inappropriate photos. He faces a charge of disorderly conduct.
Meantime, the TSA is deciding if Bartsch will be fired or suspended.
