DENSE FOG ADVISORY

Until 10 AM

The National Weather Service issues a DENSE FOG ADVISORY for all of West Michigan until 10 AM.  Fog may linger in some locations until midday.  Light winds, ample moisture near the ground are encouraging the formation of dense fog.  Because temperatures are near freezing, a light coating of ice may form on some road surfaces making them slick.  Please keep it safe this morning as you head back to work and school.

Suspect in Colo. triple slaying arrested in Okla.

DENVER (AP) - Authorities say a man suspected of killing three people and setting fire to a home in southern Colorado has been captured in Oklahoma after a nationwide manhunt.

Sheriff Kirk Taylor of Pueblo County, Colo., said Sunday that 59-year-old Harry Carl Mapps was captured at a motel in Roland, Okla., Saturday night. No other details were released.

Mapps was wanted on charges of fatally shooting 55-year-old Kim Tuttle, her 51-year-old husband, Reggie Tuttle and their 33-year-old daughter, Dawn Roderick. Their bodies were found in the Tuttles' home in Rye after the house burned on Nov. 27.

The fire was ruled arson.

The U.S. Marshals Service issued a fugitive warrant for Mapps and said authorities were searching for him around the country.
