Air Force cheating scandal grows

WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A military official tells CNN that a cheating scandal by Air Force nuclear weapons officers has now doubled in size.

The Air Force reported earlier this month that 34 officers were accused of cheating on a proficiency exam for intercontinental missile launches.

It now reports that twice as many may have been involved.

In all, about 180 officers took the exam.
