Looking at how ACA will rein in medical spending

WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Health care spending in the United States has slowed over the past four years, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

They attribute it to a weak economy, and not so much the Affordable Care Act.

But Harvard University has one early indicator as to how the law will control medical costs.
