Bieber deportation petition second most popular on White House website

WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - An effort to give Canadian native Justin Bieber the boot back to the homeland has become a popular fight.

According to the Washington Times, the "Deport Justin Bieber" whitehouse.gov petition is the second most popular petition in the website's history.

The petition was created by Detroit-area native Roger Skrzynski.

It has more than 262,000 signatures, with only 100,000 required to receive a response from the White House.

His petition falls behind one asking that the Westboro Baptist Church be declared a hate group. That one collected more than 367,000 signatures.
