Low speed chase suspect due in court
PAW PAW, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The woman who led police on a slow speed chase through Paw Paw Township Saturday is expected in court Tuesday.
Police say the 39-year old woman kept driving nearly two-miles after police tried to pull her over and never drove faster than 45-miles per hour on Red Arrow Highway.
Investigators say she told them she could not stop because she had to get her dog home.
They say her blood alcohol level was 0.26, more than three times the legal limit.
Her name is being withheld pending Tuesday's arraignment.
