(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Kalamazoo Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Michael Rice is the third highest paid superintendent in the state.
The Mackinac Center for Public Policy has just updated its database of superintendent salaries and found that Rice makes more than $280,000 per year, in compensation and benefits.
The average compensation for a District Superintendent is $115,000.
