Two accused of Grand Rapids homicide arraigned

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – Two men accused of ambushing a poker game and shooting several people have been officially charged in Grand Rapids.

Tamaine Foster and Isiah Latham were arraigned Friday on a long list of charges including; murder, assault with intent to murder, armed robbery and felony firearms.

Police say the two broke into a home on December 29th, looking for money and drugs.

After breaking in, investigators say Foster and Latham shot four people, one of them, Jason Cherry, died as a result.

Both Foster and Latham are scheduled to be back in court for preliminary hearings on February 20th.
