Man charged with killing roommate due in court
BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Battle Creek man charged with murdering his roommate is due in court Monday.
Police say Robert Reno shot and killed Ian Millard in their driveway.
It happened in December on Vale Street.
Investigators believe it started with the two men arguing over a woman at the Fire and Ice Bar across the street.
Monday a judge will decide if there's enough evidence to send Reno to trial.
