Local soldiers returning from Afghanistan
PORTAGE, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - West Michigan will welcome home some local soldiers Saturday.
Newschannel 3 was there for the send-off of the 507th Engineer Battalion of Kalamazoo last May.
Now the Army National Guard soldiers are coming home after serving in Afghanistan.
Friends, family and the community will hold a welcome home ceremony Saturday at Portage Central High School at 3:30 in the afternoon
