2 former first ladies coming to West Mich.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Two former first ladies will be heading to West Michigan next month to honor all the women who have lived in the White House.

Barbara and Laura Bush are set to appear at America's First Ladies: An Enduring Legacy symposium on April 8th.

It's being hosted by the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation and Museum.

The day-long event not only examines the role of the first lady.

It will also celebrate the 100th and 95th birthdays of the late President Gerald Ford and First Lady Betty Ford.
