Baco set to debut at Fifth-Third Park

COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A new and, as usual, unique Fifth-Third Ballpark culinary delight is ready to go on the 2013 season menu.

The winner of the Fourth Annual Whitecaps Food Contest is the Baco.

It's a taco with a specially made bacon shell.

The baco beat out 'the bad joke,' a corn dog covered in cheese, with two strips of duck bacon on a bun; and 'teeny weenies,' which are little hot dogs served in mini-helmets.

It replaces last year's winner, the westside po'boy on the ballpark menu.

You can try it out during the Whitecaps season, starting April 4th.
