BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Battle Creek man accused of shooting and killing his roommate is due back in court Wednesday.
Robert Reno's preliminary hearing is scheduled to resume Tuesday morning.
Police say Reno gunned down Ian Millard in their driveway in December on Vale Street.
Investigators believe it started with the two men arguing over a woman at the Fire and Ice Bar across the street.
Tuesday's hearing is to determine if there's enough evidence to send Reno to trial.
