Ottawa Co. responds to alleged bomb threat

HOLLAND, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Ottawa County Sheriff's Deputies responded Friday night to a report of a bomb threat at a Holland Wal-Mart.

It happened just before 10:00 p.m. on North Park Drive.

Deputies responded with K9 units to investigate, but all units were called off before 11:30.

Ottawa County dispatchers could not say whether officials actually found anything in the course of their search.

Newschannel 3 had also heard word of a possible threat at a Wal-Mart in Grandville, but Kent County officials would not comment.
