Man accused of soliciting teen for sex due in court
VAN BUREN COUNTY, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Van Buren County man accused of trying to solicit an underage girl for sex is due in court Wednesday.
Police say 24-year-old Ricardo Cura started texting with someone in South Haven he thought was a 13-year-old girl.
That person then called police when the conversation got sexual.
Investigators say Cura also had numerous relationships with young girls on his Facebook page.
Wednesday a judge will decide if there's enough evidence to send him to trial.
