KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Kalamazoo bike shop owner, accused of inappropriate contact with a young girl is facing jail time.
Tuesday, Steve Johnson entered a no contest plea to a gross indecency charge.
A misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure was dismissed.
Johnson is the owner of Johnson Cycle Works.
The alleged victim is 11 years old.
The girl's father says the incident happened when Johnson was having a neighborhood sleepover at his home in August.
Johnson is expected to be sentenced next month.
