3 men due in court on meth lab charges after fire
KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Three men are due in court Tuesday on meth lab charges in connection to a fire that damaged a Portage apartment building.
That fire broke out at Briargate Apartments in January, forcing 40 people from their homes.
Police believe John Shank, Ryan Diemond and Eric Harris were all cooking meth, which caused the fire.
Diemond is also charged with maintaining a drug house.
Tuesday a judge will decide if there is enough evidence to send them to trial.
