Parents of murdered Schoolcraft native looking for answers
SCHOOLCRAFT, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The parents of a Schoolcraft native found murdered in his University of Michigan fraternity house are pleading for answers in their son's death.
Ann Arbor police say someone shot and killed 25-year-old Paul DeWolf in July, and his killer is still on the run. A co-worker found DeWolf on July 24 when he didn't show up for work.
There is a 10-thousand dollar reward for any information leading to the arrest of his killer.
According to his father, Thomas DeWolf, "We're looking for anybody that has any knowledge at all about this incident, of someone coming in and shooting our son, and we would like them to contact the Ann Arbor police and give them any information that they might have. If they heard somebody briefly talking about it, any interest at all, we really need you to contact the police."
DeWolf's father said that he and his wife are still in regular contact with investigators, but are also trying to take the next steps in their lives.
