Man ordered to trial in club shootings case
MUSKEGON, Mich. (AP) - A 20-year-old man charged with lying to police investigating a Muskegon social club shooting that left three other 20-year-olds dead has been ordered to stand trial.
The Muskegon Chronicle reports a Muskegon County District Court judge on Tuesday ruled that there was enough evidence to send Antonio Raglin's case to Circuit Court. He also faces weapons charges in the early Sept. 22 shooting.
The Associated Press left a message seeking comment from defense lawyer Shawn P. Davis.
During the hearing, Detective Keith Stratton testified that Raglin told investigators that he fired a gun toward the social club.
Raglin also is charged with failing to stop and driving without a license in a separate June 25 case in which a van dragged a toddler in a stroller.
