(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Kalamazoo man, recovering from several stab wounds, told police that his attacker greeted him by saying, "Merry Christmas."The 53-year-old says he stepped outside his home on West Vine Street on Christmas night to see how much snow had fallen.That's when he says a man approached him, said, "Merry Christmas," and attacked him with a knife.The victim suffered severe cuts to his hands and stab wounds to his leg.He is expected to recover.If you have any information, call the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety right away.
