Man to be sentenced for supplying gun used in rampage
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Grand Rapids man linked to the Roderic Dantzler massacre is expected in court Tuesday.
Michael Allen is set to be sentenced. In July he entered a guilty plea to transferring a weapon to a felon.
He's facing up to ten years in prison.
Police say Allen provided a semi-automatic pistol to Rodrick Dantzler in the months before Dantzler went on a killing spree in 2011.
Seven people, including his own daughter, were killed.
Dantzler eventually shot himself in the head after breaking into a house and taking hostages.
