Man sentenced to jail for hitting stroller in Muskegon

MUSKEGON, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A man was sentenced to jail Wednesday after hitting and dragging a stroller with an 18-month-old boy inside.

21-year-old Antonio Raglin was sentenced to 30 days in jail, after pleading 'no contest' to failing to stop at the scene of an injury accident, and driving with a suspended license.

Police say the child's mother was pushing the stroller in June 2013 when the van backed into them.

Amazingly the child wasn't hurt, and the mother only had minor scrapes.
