DENSE FOG ADVISORY

Until 10 AM

The National Weather Service issues a DENSE FOG ADVISORY for all of West Michigan until 10 AM.  Fog may linger in some locations until midday.  Light winds, ample moisture near the ground are encouraging the formation of dense fog.  Because temperatures are near freezing, a light coating of ice may form on some road surfaces making them slick.  Please keep it safe this morning as you head back to work and school.

Interview: Go Red campaign

WEST MICHIGAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Heart disease is the number one killer of women according to the American Heart Association.

In order to raise awareness about this deadly disease people are encouraged to wear the color of red to highlight the fight women endure.

It's all part of the "Go Red" campaign.

Georgia Leventis-Molina, a stroke and cardiac survivor and Sandra Pratt, a Nurse Practitioner from Borgess, joined us Friday morning to share with us stories of success and what is left in the fight.
