Deal reached, but road funding decision to be made by voters  LANSING, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Lawmakers have reached an agreement on road funding.

The National Weather Service has issued a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY for the following counties in West Michigan, effective until 8 am Friday: Barry, Calhoun, and Eaton. Pockets of freezing drizzle may make hazardous driving conditions in the Advisory area, particularly on less-traveled, rural roads. The freezing drizzle is expected to end shortly before daybreak. Because of the potential for slick spots on area roads, drivers all around West Michigan should use a little more caution on this morning's commute.

Former church music director arraigned on new charges

ALLEGAN, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A former Wayland church music director accused of exposing himself to multiple teen girls has been arraigned on new charges and will stand trial on original charges.

Wednesday in an Allegan District Court Nathan Lavoie was arraigned on second degree CSC with a child under the age of 13, accosting a child for immoral purposes and indecent exposure.

Two victims initially came forward, but a third victim came forward earlier this month.

The Michigan State Police are concerned there could be more victims out there and are asking anyone with information on Lavoie to contact the Michigan State Police right away.

His preliminary hearing is set for March 11th.
