Former Penn State officials due in court

PENNSYLVANIA (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Three former officials at Pennsylvania State University will head to court Tuesday.

The men are accused of a cover up surrounding former Football Coach Jerry Sandusky's child sex abuse.

The three, who have all pleaded not-guilty, face charges over accusations claiming they lied about a sexual abuse incident involving Sandusky and a boy in a shower at the school.

Tuesday's hearing is supposed to focus on the potential conflict of interest for the university's former general counsel who acted as both a lawyer for Penn State and as a person involved in the investigation.
